Teen Speed, Strength and Agility

Excellence in any sport stems from overall fitness. CrossFit Mayview offers group classes for teen athletes, ages 13 to 18 to help improve strength, speed, and agility during the off season. Our instructors have worked with many high school teams in the area to improve performance through targeted training that works to boost team and individual performance in sports.
